I want a refund?
If you have purchased messages and havent used any credits within 7 days of
purchase, we will give you a full refund. If credits have been used then the refund
applys as per the user agreement
Why is the std code '62' not working?
We have stopped all messages to indonisia due to problems with fraud, thus
require to do more security checks.
Why has my account been disabled?
In this case we always send a email asking a few questions with
regards to your account. If answered we will re-enable your account.
Why would I want to pay for sms when there are sites that
offer it for free?
Well by paying for it you ensure security, we dont give out any details to
anyone, plus you can send to all your mates in one go, no more thumbing around.
I see the rates have changed, whats the deal?
We have dropped our per credit rate, but we are now charging it depending
on the country, this is due to the
networks charging internetwork fees, basically its the network providers wanting
a cut, in most cases things are cheaper, regretfully in some cases messages cost
slightly more, but on the good side we have widened the
network coverage.
I have paid for credits but you have rejected the payment?Why?
Due to high amounts of fraud from some countries we are
doing extra security checks on all payments, if there are any discrepancies we will
not accept your payment.
remember we record
all messages and all IPs for each message, if you use stolen credit cards we hand
all this information to the police.
